<image:caption>Therapy from the comfort of your own home. Over the past year the shift from in-person appointments has been very beneficial to clients who still need care during a time when being face-to-face has not been safe. This shift has been welcomed and here to stay until things get better.</image:caption>

      <image:title>About</image:title>
<image:caption>I am currently working remotely via Zoom and am licensed to provide therapy to folks in both New York and Florida. I consider myself a lifelong learner and often train with leading practitioners and institutions, integrating a variety of skills and approaches tailored to each individual client. I am continually fortifying and expanding my healing-centered approach and I’m currently expanding my practice to include Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy. I am also a lifelong New Yorker with a love for all the city has to offer, as well as nature, animals (especially my dogs, Teddie and Jack), and cooking. Thanks to Covid for that last one. <image:title>About - My Approach</image:title>
<image:caption>I have honed an approach that is authentic and interactive. I believes that therapy is successful when it is a true collaboration between therapist and client. This has been especially useful when working with my sizeable LGBTQI clientele as I provide a safe, supportive environment where clients can explore topics such as identity, intersectionality and navigating interpersonal relationships.</image:caption>

<image:caption>I consider myself a lifelong learner and often train with leading practitioners and institutions, integrating a variety of skills and approaches tailored to each individual client. I am continually fortifying and expanding my healing-centered approach with cultural sensitivity through an anti-racist lens. I am also a lifelong New Yorker with a love for all the city has to offer, as well as nature, animals (especially my dog, Teddie), and cooking. Thanks to Covid for that last one. <image:title>Home - My Approach</image:title>
<image:caption>My approach is authentic and interactive, rooted in the belief that therapy is successful when it is a true collaboration between therapist and client. I am curious by nature, and also believe that there’s room for humor in session. While I may sometimes be challenging and direct, I aim to provide a safe, supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients can explore identity, intersectionality, difficult relationships, and life transitions.
