I am currently working remotely via Zoom and am licensed to provide therapy to folks in both New York and Florida.
I consider myself a lifelong learner and often train with leading practitioners and institutions, integrating a variety of skills and approaches tailored to each individual client. I am continually fortifying and expanding my healing-centered approach with cultural sensitivity through and anti-racist lens.
I am also a lifelong New Yorker with a love for all the city has to offer, as well as nature, animals (especially my dogs, Teddie and Jack), and cooking. Thanks to Covid for that last one.

My Approach
I have honed an approach that is authentic and interactive. I believes that therapy is successful when it is a true collaboration between therapist and client. This has been especially useful when working with my sizeable LGBTQI clientele as I provide a safe, supportive environment where clients can explore topics such as identity, intersectionality and navigating interpersonal relationships.
