  • Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP)

I am an Advanced Level III AEDP practitioner. AEDP is a cutting-edge psychotherapy modality that concentrates on undoing aloneness, helping people to feel safe and connected with others, and processing core emotions. Our work together helps clients access their inner world and healing potential, better understand their reactions and emotions, and pave the way for a more integrated and fulfilling life. It’s more than a style of traditional “talk therapy," but also an experiential therapy that includes learning how to tap into and understand feelings, use somatics/body awareness, and tune into gut intuition. Research studies have shown that AEDP successfully mitigates symptoms of anxiety and depression.
